Like her fellow Team Thailand Captain, Virada was a pioneer for Thai golf and became the first Thai player to win the US Amateur Championship. Whilst studying at Duke University she also lifted the NCAA Division Championship in 2002, to complete a unique double of two of the most prized titles in World amateur golf.

In 2004 he global success was recognized when she lifted the Nancy lopez Award as the world’s top female amateur.

After turning pro Khun Virada twice tasted success on the Futures Tour before playing on the LPGA Tour, whilst also writing a blog for LPGATour.com.

Since retiring from competitive action in 2011, Virada has found success in front of the camera, and will bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and inspiration in her role leading Team Thailand.
